Passionate to his bones about the power of music, you’ll find Esa wandering the globe with his ears open, running educational workshops in Cuba, Brazil and Africa, playing all-night residencies at the legendary Sub-Club, acting as bandleader for Ata Kak or releasing music through his absurdly excellent Rememory imprint. His ability to craft sets that is rich in music that have an innate quality, something that stirs feet into motion, something we’ll all be privy to on the pier come February.
